With over 20 years of experience as a sexual health and wellness educator (and having been through addiction myself), I understand how important it is to not only have a confidante and cheerleader on your side, but to have one who understands your journey, and who truly cares about getting you back to where you want to be.

VIP Coaching Session
The most popular choice among clients because of Cindi's ability to intuitively listen, rapidly assess and customize a plan. This is ideal for the woman who desires personal consultation and education resulting in a personalized implementation plan and follow-up. 60 and 120 minute options available and a customizable schedule for keeping Cindi on retainer for ongoing support.
Group Collective Workshops
These groups cover a wide range of topics. Often in group settings, individuals gain support and validation in their journey when they share with others and hear from other's experiences. These groups are no larger than 10 members a session in order to allow for plenty of time to educate, discuss and process the content. Fee varies on the type of group and length. Pricing will be included in full details for groups.
Speaking Engagements
Cindi has been described as being an engaging motivator that radiates truth, humor and authenticity while adding lots of sparkle. She has a passion for creating an honest dialogue about sensitive subjects. Cindi regularly speaks on a variety of topics, including sexual health, passionate relationships, recovery from alcohol addiction and intimacy in sobriety. She also offers workshops on these topics.
